Herman Hill

Mr. Herman Allen Hill of Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2026, at the TJ Samson Hospital in Glasgow, Kentucky, having attained the age of 85 years, 1 months, and 19 days. He was born on Saturday, December 21, 1940, in Burkesville, Kentucky, the son of Ed & Livie (Booher) Hill. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Pam (Long) Hill, son, Eddie Hill, siblings, Avaline Stearns, James Hill, Madaline Morrison, Florine Hill, Billy Hill, Lanta Melton, and Ermon Hill.

He is survived by his children, Beth (& Timothy) Pearman of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, Monica (& Chance) Poole of Bowling Green, Kentucky, brother, Donnie (& Barbara) Hill of Burkesville, Kentucky, five grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.

The funeral service was conducted on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM in The Memory Chapel of the Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville, Kentucky with Bro. Gary Cash officiating. Burial was in the Liberty Cemetery in Cumberland County, Kentucky. Casket Bearers were Nathan Hill, Jeremy Hill, James Hill Jeremy Hill Jr., Marcus Recher and Tyler Beaty. Honorary Casket Bearers were Jackie Stilts, Tyler Cleary, and Robbie Stinson.
